Research Interest: Some of my interests include molecular biology, molecular genetics, virology, microbiology, infectious disease, and global health. Overall, I am interested in understanding molecular mechanisms in the hosts and/or pathogens that changes the impact of infectious disease, both on single cell and a global health level. I am also very passionate about teaching others and helping them become excited about science!

Personal Interests: In my personal time I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, running, and skiing! I also love to read and bake, as well as go to the beach!
