The Duke Microbiome Core Facility was created as a centralized resource hub to provide expertise and technical support for Microbiome researchers at Duke and beyond. We work closely with the Duke Microbiome Center to enhance the existing interactions of the Duke Microbiome community as they investigate the roles of microbes in human health and disease and the natural and built environments.
