Research Interests:
Brianna is interested in studying the impacts of fungal communities on host plant growth. Her primary research focuses on how fungal community diversity impacts wheat response to drought stress. During my Ph.D. at the University of Miami I studied how microbial communities were impacted by their local environment and how that had cascading impacts on plant growth.
Personal Interests:
When not in the lab Brianna enjoys playing video games, reading novels, and watching anime. She also enjoys going antiquing and the farmer’s market.
