MGM celebrated recent faculty promotions with a happy hour, snacks, and an impressive cake on November 14th.
The guests of honor were:
Jörn Coers – Professor, Tenured
Debby Silver – Professor, Tenured
David Tobin – Professor, Tenured
MGM's chair, Dr. Joe Heitman, said a few words about each of the newly promoted faculty and the contributions they have made.
A celebration is planned for early next year to honor Drs. Emily Derbyshire and Matt Scaglione, who were also recently promoted but were unable to attend this month's event.
