Postdoc Meetings

MGM postdocs have bi-monthly meetings to get together. These meetings include happy hours, flash talks, town hall meetings and lunches with faculty guests.

MGM and Integrative Immunobiology Postdocs organize monthly get-together meetings on the last Wednesday of each month, which include breakfast, lunch, and happy hours in a rotating basis. We extend a warm welcome to everyone and invite you to join us and be a part of the postdoc community. Additionally, our joint program occasionally hosts workshops, flash talks, and town hall meetings.

In addition, all events are added to the Outlook Calendar.  To access the calendar please use the following directions.

1. Sign in into your Office Outlook 365 Duke mail account (https://outlook.office.com/mail/)
2. Go to Calendars
3. Click on Add calendars
4. Click on Subscribe from web
5. Paste the following URL into the prompted field: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/f821c5cc3a654db2be21db18dce0ce41@duke.edu/e6fe412f25894c01a9cadb354eb293f19536431695193758522/calendar.ics
6. Name the calendar as you wish (e.g., Postdocs from MGM and IIB)
7. Select a color and icon if you want
8. Select to add it to other People’s calendars (or your calendar if you want)
9. Click Import

Typically, the last Wednesday of each month, note exceptions in September, November, December, and January.
